I read the reviews and since we just moved here i needed an honest place to take care of anything i cant. Brought one of our cars in to get the brakes checked since the rears had a good amount of miles on them and the car was pulling to the right a bit.they found the brakes still had 30 % life in them and a nail in the front tire.. only charged me 1/2 hour time...that..is incredible...they could have charged at leadt an hour and replaced tge brakes. A dealer probably would replaced the whole brake system and charged me $2000.00 I would trust these guys totaly!!! Super impressed!

I've been a Dave's customer for eighteen years. His team of mechanics (most of whom have been working there throughout that time) is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy in the area. Whether your vehicle is old or new, foreign or domestic, exotic or run-of-the-mill, they will know how to diagnose and repair it efficiently. They are always busy, so like for your human doctor, call them well in advance for your routine auto maintenance. Dave’s Sunoco Now Requested an edit into Google Maps since Dave no longer sells the Citgo brand of Gasoline. Excellent service! Excellent value! I have a new car, that is on warranty, I trust ALL my non-warranty servicing to Dave. My other vehicle the just went off warranty, I trust Dave to service it. My only suggestion - for routine maintenance, call and make a service appointment. It’s a courtesy. It certainly will be returned to you because if you arrive at Dave’s with an Emergency, he does his best to get you back on the road ASAP. If you are looking for a Garage that isn’t a Dealer with their over-rated, inflated b.s., I suggest you give Dave a chance to be your mechanic. Five stars!!

Great service and great guys. I had a weird thumping noise coming from the back of my Subaru, I came by just before closing but they were able to give the Subaru a lift and give everything a check to make sure there wasn't anything loose. We didn't find anything but I really appreciated them having a look. Would recommend.

Came in off the highway and had a burnt out head lamp. Without any type of appointment, I asked if there was any chance of getting the light repaired as I did not want to chance getting pulled over by the State Police. With all service bays full, they had me pull up in front of the office and pop the hood. They did advise me they were busy but they would take a look. After starting to remove the bulb socket, it was obvious it was pretty well stuck in place. Wiring in the way, battery in the way, nothing simple. But to my surprise, they did not give up. They did manage to get the bulb out / new one put in with some frustration and prayers on my behalf. These guys are excellent. They could have told me they were to busy and come back later but they didn't. They did what had to be done and got me on the way. Can't thank these guys enough. As an FYI, I would highly recommend them as a service / repair facility. Thank you again.

This place is the best. I called them today because I was getting close to buying a used car and I wanted an independent mechanic to look at it. Even though they were BURIED under cars getting snow tires and having a crappy day with things going wrong, Dave still squeezed me in and had a technician take a look at the vehicle. Some issues were found and I didn't go through with the purchase. I wasn't charged anything and the technician was really helpful and explained to me everything that he found wrong. Probably saved me thousands of bucks and gave me a real piece of mind. I will definitely be back.

I take my Saab 9-3 to Dave's. The work is outstanding. (AARP has them on their referral list as one of only two shops they recommend in this area.) I like taking my car to Dave's. I trust the people and I can't say that about many shops. If they can't do the work (sometimes because it's a foreign car and the dealer has to do it), they will let me know up front. And they explain things to me, in detail, when I need it.

Sadly places like Dave's are few and far between, they are honest and capable people who can fix or maintain your car without all the mysterious additions many other garages find to add on to the original problem.
